The BMW S63/S68 Twin-Turbo V8 is the beating heart of the F90 and G90 M5 delivering incredible performance. Over the years, CSF has been a key player in pushing the power limits of the S63 with its Twin Charge Air Coolers. Today, many M5s, M6s, and M8s are producing well over 1000HP, but with increased power comes increased heat.

As power levels climb, so do oil temperatures, with some owners reporting temperatures exceeding 240°F (115°C) on hot track days. With power limits being pushed further than ever and many of these M cars aging, factory cooling systems struggle to keep up.

Steve Dinan's Carbahn originally approached CSF about making this oil cooler to compliment their new S63 Stroker Kit. Carbahn engineers worked closely with CSF to design an oil cooler that could handle the power and heat increases.
