The All New KW G8X M3/M4 Coilover Variant 4 Has Arrived!
The all new KW coilover Variant 4 is now available for the G8X BMW M3/M4; and we at AUTOcouture Motoring are thrilled to offer this as a part of our in-stock KW product lineup! This new release Variant 4 further lowers the already factory lowered BMW G8X M3/M4, an additional 20 to 35 millimeters at the front axle and an additional 15 to 30 millimeters at the rear axle.
Developed exclusively for supercars, sports cars and performance oriented sedans, the KW Variant 4 will give your super sports car the necessary equipment to further increase the driving dynamics of your G80 M3 or G82 M4.
The triple adjusted, high performance dampers utilize cutting edge race technology, to allow the independent adjustment of the rebound and the low-speed and high-speed compression damping. When the valves are open, the compression is reduced and the G8X body dives faster. The compression influences the diving speed of the damper piston rod and has an impact on the body's pitching and rolling movements as well as its turn in behavior. If the compression is increased, the piston rod dives more slowly, creating stability during steering movements. The tighter the compression is tuned the more precise the turn in behavior.
The low-speed rebound, which is equally adjustable on the KW coilover Variant 4, has a direct effect on the operating speed when the piston rod de-compresses. 16 clicks controls how fast the spring gets back to its original position. The diameters of the rebound valves open for a more comfortable road behavior and close for a more firm tuning. The preset Sport+ tuning of Variant 4 can be altered to a comfort oriented road setup with just a few clicks if desired.
The KW Variant 4 suspension disposes of shock absorbers with adjustable multi-valve technology to deliver a smooth ride, even with a sporty set up. Not to mention, this coilover system can be tuned to the driving style of each G8X owner.
