NRW is a design and manufacturing company focused heavily on BMW M platforms, particularly the BMW M3 E92 and the BMW M3 G80 / BMW M4 G82 platforms. CASE STUDY: The E9X M3 — Solving Real Problems
If you’ve owned or serviced an E9X M3, you already know about the valve covers. The factory magnesium covers are known to corrode, warp, and eventually leak, which means replacing gaskets often doesn’t fully solve the issue. NRW developed aluminum valve covers specifically to solve this long-term reliability problem.
Their S65 aluminum valve covers are CNC-machined and designed as a direct replacement for the factory covers, working with OEM gaskets, hardware, and components while offering better durability, heat resistance, and long-term sealing reliability.
We’ve installed several of these sets at AUTOcouture, including builds featured on our Instagram, and every time the result is the same — the engine bay looks cleaner, the car is more reliable, and the owner no longer has to worry about recurring leaks or failing covers.
